1. Precipitation deoxidation: Add deoxidizer to molten steel and directly react with oxygen in molten steel:
The deoxidized product is insoluble in molten steel and has a density lower than that of molten steel. Finally, the 304 steel ball floated and was eliminated. The precipitation deoxidation method is simple and easy to implement, and the deoxidation process is rapid. However, if the deoxidized product does not float, it will contaminate molten steel.
2. Diffusion deoxidation Add deoxidizer to the slag to reduce the content of slag. According to the law of distribution, the balance is broken. In order to maintain the distribution constant of the stainless steel balls of the 304 feeding bottle at this temperature, the oxygen in the molten steel inevitably diffuses into the slag and is continuously reduced by the slag.
Diffusion deoxidation occurs at the steel slag interface, and the deoxidation products will not pollute molten steel. But it will spread completely, and the speed is very slow.
3. From the perspective of the CO curve, the position of vacuum deoxidation will change under different PCo pressures. When the carbon content in the steel is constant, the higher the Pco, the higher the oxygen content in the steel; otherwise, the lower the Pco, the lower the oxygen content in the steel. Therefore, by continuously reducing the partial pressure of [Cl + [O] --- {CO) reacting CO, the oxygen content in the steel will continue to decrease, which can be achieved by using a vacuum.
The deoxidation product of vacuum deoxidation is a gas and will not pollute molten steel. It achieves decarburization at the same time as deoxygenation. It has two purposes, and it is also an important method for smelting ultra-low carbon steel.
